Banana And Coconut Milk Stress Buster

Vitamins B and C, with minerals including zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium are essential to being rid of over stressing and helping your body cope with stressful situations. Banana and Coconuts are known for having that calming effect on the nerves we all crave. Try it out with this easy recipe!

Ingredients

- 2 large ripe Bamamas, peeled
- 250ml (roughly 1/2 Pint) of Coconut milk
- Pinch of ground cinamon

Method

Juice the coconut and bananas using either a blender until its nice and smooth. Pour into a glass and then add a pinch of ground cinamon for that extra stress relieving effect.

Stress free and yummy!
